"As an amateur athlete in Canada, I know firsthand that no one makes it to the top without a lot of help along the way…from family, friends and community. It is a privilege to be a part of such an organization as BTG, whose main focus is to help give back to the community, and try to make a difference in the lives of children.
As the next Olympics are fast approaching, I want to put all the pieces of the puzzle together to make sure that when I am standing at the start line I know I did everything possible to be prepared for that moment. Even a hundredth could mean the difference between winning silver or winning GOLD!
My motto throughout my career has become one of, “Dream it, Believe it, Achieve it!”. With the support and assistance of Be The Game, I can continue with my quest for 2010 Olympic Gold and do just that!"
